Nevadas Skies are Nostalgic. Remember when being outside was pure happiness, and seeing a beautiful sunset was like falling in love? A Rush of Pinks, Purples, and Blues to take you back to a place in your memories that make you feel safe, or inspired, or passionate about life! I'm photographing the Nevada Sunset Skies for 365 days beginning on my birthday July 8th, 2010. Please share this project with me and all comments are welcomed and appreciated. I love our Nevada Skies!
July 21st - July 22nd
Life is a Journey, Not a Destination!
This shot was taken at Paradise Park, July 21st, and the top shot was taken at Huffaker Park - July 22nd. Thanks for going Friends!
I don't get it, I live in Reno and I can't believe we share the same sky. All the pictures on my blog are taken in 89501/89502. I have so many that I'm just piling them on, that is to say they are not specific to the post date. This summer and autumn was phenomenal-- one great sky after another. There was an eight day period where every evening we had a pretty good sunset culminating in the images for 8-18-12. 11-27 we had one of the most beautiful sunrises of the year and that evening the sunset had the most beautiful colors I've seen in a while. Here's the link: http://thedesertskies.blogspot.com/ P.S. I do not adjust the color values with photoshop or any other means.
